At Zuifem, we request all customers to carefully check their order at the time of delivery.

### 1. Check Your Product Before Accepting Delivery

Please inspect the product properly in front of the delivery person. Check the design, colour, quantity and overall condition before accepting the order.

If there is any issue, please inform the delivery person immediately and contact us right away.

### 2. No Complaints After Delivery

Once the product has been checked, accepted and the delivery person has left, no complaints regarding the product will be accepted.

Therefore, customers must ensure that they have properly checked the order before completing the delivery.

### 3. Change of Mind Is Not Applicable

We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds due to:

* Change of mind

* Not liking the design after purchase

* Ordering by mistake

* Wanting a different design or colour after delivery

Please choose your products carefully before placing an order.

### 4. Return, Exchange & Refund

Returns, exchanges or refunds will only be considered if the customer identifies a genuine issue at the time of delivery and before the delivery person leaves.

After successful delivery and acceptance of the product, the order will be considered final.
